Cat started learning Yoga at the age of 14 and continued to practice alongside her dance training. For the past 15 years Cat has been working in dance as an artist and teacher. When she started to spend more time on her Yoga practice she decided it was time to embark on her journey to teach yoga and began studying with the British Wheel of Yoga. Delivering yoga sessions for students at the school where she works, Cat is encouraging stressed out teens to stay calm and balanced during exam season. Cat’s classes show an influence of her dance background with an element of grace and fluidity whilst developing strength and balance.
