Holly gained her yoga teacher training status in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow in an authentic yoga village in Goa India. This incredible experience enabled Holly to combine her passion as a life coach and motivational speaker to deliver compelling yoga classes that have the ability to move people.
Having dedicated her life to bringing energy, value and meaning into the lives of others Holly established IGo Yoga and began teaching in the local community where she found other amazing yogi’s whom life’s she was able to help transform. Holly and IGo Yoga have continued to move from strength to strength and now she has created a harmonious space to specially designed to allow yogis escape the the hustle and bustle of life!
Holly’s empowering and motivating sequences enable individuals to let go of external pressures, focus their awareness inwards and quiet the mind to achieve a state of wellbeing.
Holly begins each class by taking yogis through a series of poses known as Surya Namskara (Sun Salutation) a tradition ashtanga yogis swear by as it ignites heat within the body warming up the muscles and joints. The sequence also stimulates the cardiovascular system, cleansing the body from the inside out!. Once the body is reenergised and the mind calm, Holly will guide you through a series of postures that encompass a full body work out to traditional yoga music or soulful house. She incorporates a mixture of postures which include standing, seated, balancing, as well as core work, hip openers, backbends and inversions.
Holly encourages all yogis to express their own uniqueness by listening to how their body responds to each posture. She empowers individuals to embrace their limitations as with persistence, time and dedication anything is possible!
