There are so many benefits to practicing in the heat. Firstly the heat is said to have amazing benefits to the skin, detoxifying and flushing toxins out of the skin.  The heat also allows you to go a little deeper into the postures safely as the muscles are sufficiently warmed up, especially following the physical warm up each session provides. Hot Yoga is great for individuals to want to improve the breath, develop strength, flexibility and tone along with a cardiovascular workout as well as feel instant rejuvenation, improve concentration and overall happiness and wellbeing.
