Amy is a Pilates Trainer who has been teaching exercise for over three years and was lucky enough to teach in Greece, Kos during Summer 2015.
Amy’s interest for Pilates and Yoga grew during her time at University of Wolverhampton where she studied Performing Arts Dance and achieved a Bachelors of the Arts Honours Degree.
Her classes have something to offer all people of different ages and fitness levels. Regular practice will help improve; posture, balance, joint mobility, strength, flexibility along with relieving stress and tension from the demands of every day living.
This style of exercise is beneficial not only for physicality but also mentality.
