I love to inspire other yogis to step onto their mat. I found yoga through a difficult time in my career and found it gave a new found release that generic exercise no longer provided. Being an avid runner I found yoga complimented my running not only through my increased flexibility, but my mental strength and recovery speed was improved. I believe that yoga has something for everyone and that we can draw on different aspects of yoga throughout our lives. Our physical practice brings strength and flexibilty to our body, the use of breath brings calmness and relaxation, and mediation refocuses the mind and brings a new found energy. Throughout my classes I aim to incorporate something for everyone by combing creative sequences, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help deepen your practice. My hope is that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
